Nov. 2001 - July 2006 Assistant Attorney General Seattle, Washington Litigated complex civil cases throughout Washington State involving psychological, medical, evidentiary, and constitutional issues. Prosecuted felony criminal cases upon request of county prosecuting attorney's. Briefed and argued civil and criminal cases before Washington Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court. April 2000 - Nov. 2001 Chief, Criminal Law Division 4th Infantry Division Fort Hood, Texas Managed criminal prosecution jurisdiction for 10,000 employee organization. Supervised five prosecutors. Provided legal advice to law enforcement and military commanders on criminal and adverse administrative investigations. June 1999 - April 2000 Senior Prosecuting Attorney V Corps Heidelberg, Germany Served as senior prosecutor, supervising military prosecutors and court staff throughout southern Germany. Advised leaders of 50,000 employee organization on officer misconduct, internal investigations, conflicts of interest, Equal Employment Opportunity Act compliance, and public disclosure programs. June 1998 - June 1999 Prosecuting Attorney Darmstadt, Germany Prosecuted federal felony and misdemeanor cases, including aggravated assault, drug distribution, sexual assault, child abuse, DUI, and domestic violence. Served as Victim-Witness Liaison. June 1996 - June 1998 Defense Counsel Mannheim, Germany Provided criminal defense representation to soldiers stationed throughout Europe.
